Nobrow Comics app for iPad! Always wanted to work with Nobrow, so was a great opportunity when we were chosen to build the Nobrow Comic book application. An application that allows members to literally peel back the methodology of the artist by revealing the comics various phases of production, from pencil art through the various ink and colour stages through to the final article. Great idea but not easy to achieve which such heavy content, but a challenge we were happy to undertake and to ultimately resolve in an elegant way.

In this app, you can browse, sample and purchase from a range of our beautiful titles in the Nobrow Comics Shop. Collect your favourites and manage them in ‘My Books’. All of these sections can be accessed using the handy menu at the bottom of the screen. Some of our comics have ‘Layer’ features which are brimming with extra content - be sure to check them out!
